Detailing Toronto
Air-cooled, water-cooled, and everything between — treated with the conservatism Porsche paint deserves.
Porsche in Downtown Toronto
What a Porsche Needs
Porsche owners in downtown Toronto are some of the most particular clients in the city, and they should be — most of them understand what paint correction is before they walk into the bay. The calculus on a modern 992-generation 911 is different from a 996 Turbo, which is different again from an air-cooled 964 or 993. Every Porsche we see gets treated as its own conversation about paint thickness, clear coat age, and the owner's long-term plans for the car.
Yorkville is our heaviest Porsche corridor — Hazelton residences, the Four Seasons, and Park Hyatt concentrate Porsche ownership at a density you only see in a few Toronto neighbourhoods. King West and Rosedale are close behind. For Yorkville clients, our concierge pickup handles the drive to Hotel X, which is usually preferable to risking Cumberland Street valet parking.
Single-stage paint correction is the baseline for most older Porsches. Multi-stage correction is the pre-ceramic standard on newer ones. Full-body PPF is a once-and-done investment on collector cars and six-figure builds. We can run all three in sequence across a multi-day booking in our climate-controlled bay.
Porsche-Specific Challenges
What owners deal with — and what we build the service plan around
Air-cooled paint is different
Pre-1998 911, 928, and 944 models use single-stage paint that cannot be corrected like modern basecoat-clearcoat. We measure, test, and preserve — not aggressively compound.
Front-end chip damage
Every Porsche driven on the Gardiner, DVP, or 400-series highways picks up rock chips on the front bumper and hood. PPF on the front clip is almost universal among owners planning to keep the car.
Carrera GT, GT3, and lightweight paint
Motorsport and track-oriented Porsches sometimes use thinner or non-clearcoated paint specifications. Paint thickness measurement before any cut is non-negotiable.
Wheel and brake dust
Porsche ceramic-composite brakes (PCCB) and carbon-ceramic setups throw heavy brake dust. Wheel face coatings + regular brake-dust decontamination is standard maintenance.
Cayenne and Panamera underbody
Larger Porsches take more salt spray exposure from Toronto winters. Rocker-panel PPF, undercarriage rinses, and ceramic coating on daily drivers are common year-round upgrades.
Taycan electric-specific care
Electric Porsches charge at public Superchargers, which brings the same bug-residue and fascia contamination issues as Teslas. Front fascia maintenance matters more than on a combustion car.
Toronto Presence
Where Porsche Owners Find Us
Yorkville, Rosedale, Forest Hill, and King West concentrate Porsche ownership in the downtown core. Porsche Club events and winter storage prep drive seasonal booking peaks in April and October.
Services We Recommend for Porsche
Ordered by what a typical owner benefits from first
Paint Correction
The baseline for almost any Porsche. Measured, conservative, and preservation-focused on older cars. Multi-stage before ceramic on newer cars.
Paint Protection Film
Full-body PPF on collectors, front-clip PPF on daily drivers. We install XPEL and Suntek with 10-year warranties on the film.
Ceramic Coating
A 5-year ceramic coating over properly corrected paint is the long-term Porsche care standard. Pairs with PPF on cars that see highway miles.
Interior Detailing
Leather, Alcantara, and natural-fibre interior materials common in Porsche cabins need dedicated care. Over-the-counter products can destroy Alcantara in a single wipe-down.
Toronto Weather Guarantee
Ten Days. Rain, Snow, or Salt Spray.
If snow, heavy rain, or salt spray hits your car within 10 days of your exterior service, bring it back for a free re-wash. We detail in a Toronto climate — our guarantee matches it.
Porsche Maintenance
A Plan That Matches the Car
For daily-driven Porsches, our monthly memberships — Express $199, Signature $349, Collector $599 — cover the frequency most owners actually need. For seasonal cars, one-off Diamond details plus storage prep is usually the better fit.
Porsche Detailing FAQ
The questions we hear most from downtown Toronto owners
Yes — regularly. Our approach on air-cooled 911, 930, 964, and 993 paint is conservative: paint thickness measurement, test panels before any cut, preservation-focused correction rather than aggressive restoration. We would rather protect original single-stage paint than risk clear coat failure on a car that will never be resprayed in factory condition.
