Terms of Service

Evolve Detailing is a division of Evolve Transport, operating an auto detailing studio inside Hotel X Toronto at 111 Princes' Blvd, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3. You can contact us at (416) 389-4321 or info@dtwash.ca.

Bookings can be made online via our contact form, by phone, or in person. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment — we will reply with available time slots, typically within a few hours, and confirm in writing once a slot is selected.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, including where the requested service is not a good fit for the vehicle or condition.

Prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and the depth of work required. We will provide a fixed quote in writing before any work begins. By approving the quote (in writing or verbally on-site), you authorize the work and agree to pay the quoted amount.

Additional services discovered during the detail (e.g. significant odor remediation, pet hair, severe oxidation) will be quoted separately and only performed with your written or verbal approval.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit, debit, e-transfer, and cash. Fleet and corporate accounts may invoice on net-15 terms by prior arrangement.

Late payments on invoiced accounts may incur a finance charge after 30 days. We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may incur a small handling fee (typically equal to our valet rate). Rescheduling is free with at least 4 hours notice.

You agree to disclose any known issues with your vehicle before service, including but not limited to: damaged trim, aftermarket modifications, prior bodywork or repaints, clear coat failure, sensitive electronics, and any items left inside the cabin.

Please remove all valuables and personal effects from your vehicle before drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

We use professional-grade products, climate-controlled facilities, and trained technicians. Where applicable (ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tint), we provide written warranty documentation describing what is and isn't covered.

Paint correction involves the removal of a measurable amount of clear coat. We measure paint thickness before any cutting and document our process. We do not guarantee the removal of every defect — only what the paint will safely allow.

We carry commercial liability insurance and on-premises coverage. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our work, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the documented cost of repair, whichever is less.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to our work, deductibles, depreciation, loss of use, or consequential damages.

We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for our portfolio, social media, and marketing. License plates and identifying details will be obscured. If you do not want your vehicle photographed, please tell us at booking and we will respect your preference.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, building access restrictions, equipment failure, supply shortages, or government action.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at /terms. Material changes apply to bookings made after the “Last updated” date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
