Hotel loaner fleets age in a distinct way. Every guest is a new driver. Every valet hand-off is a new opportunity for a door ding, a microfibre swirl, or a coffee spill. Coats of dealer ceramic wear off within a year. Paint correction ends up in the quarterly maintenance budget instead of the one-time CapEx it should be.
We work with downtown Toronto hotels to change the math. Loaner vehicles get ceramic coating on arrival so valet microfibre scratches become an impossibility. Quarterly maintenance details catch small issues before they become body-shop issues. Between-VIP turnarounds happen the same day, so no guest gets handed a car that is not presentation-ready.
Because we are inside Hotel X, we understand how hotel valet operations actually work. Our drivers know the difference between a hotel property key hand-off and a retail key hand-off. Our invoicing matches the back-of-house accounting cycles your finance team runs. The whole program fits into how your property already operates.
Six core service types — customizable by property
Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled detailing across your loaner and courtesy fleet. One invoice per month, consistent quality, coordinated with your valet team.
When a VIP checks out and a new VIP checks in the same afternoon — we detail between them. 90-minute Silver refresh or 3-hour Gold full detail, depending on condition.
Member cars get consistent ceramic protection and targeted PPF — less body-shop exposure, less cosmetic deterioration, better resale at end of program life.
Guest cars (personal or rental) detailed during the stay. Coordinated directly through your concierge desk. Guest presentation, not back-of-house service.
Consolidated billing across all vehicles serviced. Net-15 terms. Detailed line items for each vehicle and service, signed off by your GM or Director of Operations.
We operate inside Hotel X — your valet counterparts know our team. Crossing-over between properties (loaner swaps, VIP pickups, event-car prep) happens without logistical friction.
