Auto detailing is one of the most-asked-for resident services — specifically, a reliable vendor with concierge pickup, coating expertise, and pricing residents actually trust. Most buildings refer residents to whichever detailer happens to show up at their valet stand. That is not an amenity. It is a random recommendation.
We build proper partnership programs. Residents of partner buildings get a real discount, concierge pickup included, and a booking flow that feels like a building service instead of a cold-call vendor interaction. Buildings get a 10% kickback on referred bookings that flows directly into the resident amenity budget. There is no setup cost, no monthly fee, and no operational overhead for the building beyond the concierge already managing key hand-offs.
Our location inside Hotel X means our drivers know downtown valet protocols. Most resident pickups take 10 minutes on the building side — the resident hands keys to the concierge, we arrive, we leave, and the car comes back the same day or the next morning.

Resident preferred pricing
Building residents get 10% off every service above $300 and free concierge pickup. Real benefit, zero cost to the building.
Referral kickback
10% of service revenue from referred residents goes to your resident amenity budget, staff appreciation fund, or charity of your choice. Your call.
Dedicated concierge line
Your concierge desk gets a direct line and a dedicated Evolve contact. Residents book through a unique code; your team does not handle the details.
On-site pickup
Our driver picks up directly from your valet or lobby. Keys handed to your concierge desk, returned to the resident same day or next morning.
Quarterly resident pop-up
Once a quarter we run a resident Q&A in your lobby — 30 minutes, coffee included, open booking. Adds resident engagement, costs the building nothing.
Fleet-rate building detailing
For common-element vehicles (building courtesy cars, valet courtesy pickup, amenity vehicles) we offer fleet-rate pricing on a monthly schedule.
How a Partnership Launches
Four steps — typical setup is 2 to 4 weeks
Intro conversation
A 20–30 minute call or desk visit with your building manager to walk through resident benefits, referral math, and logistics.
Program setup
We build a dedicated landing page for your building, create a unique referral code for your concierge desk, and print lobby collateral.
Resident launch
Lobby pop-up event (optional), flyer distribution, newsletter inclusion. First 30 days we track bookings and report back to you.
Monthly operation
Concierge handles bookings via our direct line. Residents drop off keys at your desk. We complete the service and return the car. Monthly revenue report to your building manager.
